This PR let zig-lv2 be able to build by Zig 0.14.0.

Changes

Edits gitignore to support Zig 0.14.0, as /zig-cache to /.zig-cache.
Append build.zig.zon.
Update build.zig syntaxes to support Zig 0.14.0.

It was not clear for me what the purpose of the program originally written in build.zig was, so there might be some confusion on it.
