This commit resolves the documentation discrepancies by updating all the onboarding files (
AGENT_ONBOARDING.md,CLAUDE.md,GEMINI.md,CONTEXT.md) and roadmap files to accurately reflect that the Narrative UI (Phase 24) is complete and the current active task is the Game-Over Flow (Phase 25).
