Synchronizes the project's documentation, roadmap, and agent files based on the recent gap analysis.

Changes include:

  1. Identifying Phase 25 as the Ability Effect Resolver (to fix ability effects silently no-oping).
  2. Moving previously unblocked feature ideas from FUTURE.md into the Active Horizon roadmap inside STATE_OF_THE_PROJECT.md (e.g., Destructible Terrain, Crafting Depth).
  3. Updating the agent context files (AGENT_ONBOARDING.md, CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md) to reflect the new current phase and roadmap structure.
  4. Aligning the README.md roadmap with these updates.
  5. Fixing a flaky unit test in test_inventory.py to stabilize the test suite.

…agent files

- Updated `STATE_OF_THE_PROJECT.md` to reflect Phase 25 (Ability Effect Resolver) as the next immediate task based on the gap analysis.
- Migrated previously deferred features from `FUTURE.md` to the active horizon roadmap in `STATE_OF_THE_PROJECT.md` as they are now unblocked.
- Added new post-MVP ambitions to `FUTURE.md`.
- Synchronized phase tracking and exit criteria across all agent onboarding documents (`AGENT_ONBOARDING.md`, `CLAUDE.md`, `GEMINI.md`).
- Updated the roadmap section in `README.md` to reflect the newly prioritized implementation sequence.
- Fixed a flaky base item assertion test in `test_inventory.py` to ensure it passes reliably.
