When regenerating thumbnails for
wp-content/uploads/white-150-square.jpg, we're testing to make surewp-content/uploads/white-150-square-150x150.jpgis not created. However, with currenttrunk, it actually is created because of a bug.See https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/32437
