This was never implemented anywhere, and since appcache is deprecated, it never will be.

it never will be.
I just noticed this while scrolling through the spec. I guess we'll want tests of the
-historical.htmlvariety.I didn't bother getting rid of the "cache host" term even though now it just means "Document", as that seemed like a lot of work for marginal gain.
