Allow passed to be programmatically passed & pgpass location

1. Allow passed to be programmatically passed to wrds.Connection(). This would allow the use of secrets in the calling application. It would support GitHub Codespaces and other tools without hardcoding credentials. 

2. Print full path of pgpass file when created and document why locations may change on Windows due to virtualized paths.
