Outstanding action points for recently added visualreport

Last year I added the new visualreport to GGIR, but there a few outstanding action points:

• visualreport_hrsPerRow may not work as expected, double check and fix if needed.
• Would be good if visualisation could discriminate between protocol-based and non-wear based exclusion of data.
• Simplify necessary input argument to get the report, by changing default for do.sibreport to TRUE and also by default storing the part 5 time series.
• Visualreport is not able to handle recordings with only 1 valid day
• Make y axis for acceleration better adopt to different metrics (incl. counts)
