Once we fix the links, should we republish this as a working draft? This does seem like a useful resource for developers.

I wonder if we want to take this out of TR space, considering how slow it is updated. We have Tutorials on the WAI site that we are planning to extend, and any ARIA guidance will have a lot of overlap with this document. Moving out of TR space might lead to broader input on structure and wording (for example from the Education and Outreach WG). That could lead to an easier to understand document. It could (and hopefully would) be updated more quickly, too.
