Set Drupal 9 Docksal intallation enabling basic set of modules. Create a Custom Bootstrap Barrio subtheme and enable it

• Clone this repository on a docksal enabled environment.
• Rename drupal-start folder to your own needs
• Edit /.docksal/comands/init-site. Line 86 handles Drupal installation.
• Run 'fin init' command

• Subtheme is already enabled but still need to be compile running 'gulp' on the subtheme's folder.
