Previously vsgpoints application was renamed to vsgpoints_example to avoind a duplicate naming issue in visual studio. Adding a "applications", filter/folder in Visual studio allows both the vsgpoints library and executable to have the same name

Previously the "vsgpoints" application was renamed to "vsgpoints_example" as a fudge to avoid a duplicate project name issue Visual Studio. This change reverts to the old "vsgpoints" name for the application. It sets an separate "applications", folder/filter in the CMake configuration for VS which allows both the library and application to have the same name without causing errors. Tested on VS2022.
