1. Edit simulation parameters in main.cpp
2. Compile code with: g++ main.cpp
3. Run code with: ./a.out from the base directory
4. When code is finished, go into subfolder: gnuplot/
5. Run: gnupot fields.p (and others if you get them to work)
6. Go into subfolder: plot/
7. View files (.ps/.eps)
