• Initialize Database

1. After rock installed, modify /etc/rock/alembic.ini, setup the sqlalchemy.url in section [alembic].

2. Initialize database:

   $ rock-db-manage upgrade head

3. Downgrade database:

   $ rock-db-manage downgrade base
