[ISSUE] unlocking localhost for an app in the LAN control column still blocks it

Describe the bug
ActivityWatch shows blank screen when AFWall+ is active.

I won't attach, because it contains sensitive information for me, and the issue is easily reproducible.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Xiaomi Mi5
• Android OS: LOS 22.2

Additional context

1. Occurs in 4.0.2
2. Doesn't occur in 4.0.1
3. Doesn't occur, if I uncheck "Active rules" in Preferences->Rules/Connectivity
4. The app tries to connect to http://127.0.0.1:5600 and shows timeout as an error. If I don't allow it in the LAN control column, then it shows that the connection was refused.
