[ISSUE] Afwall 4.0 disabled but rules apply after restart

Disabling Afwall 4.0 and restarting still adds the rules.
Afwall itself shows Disabled.

I've got the same issue, android 15 crdroid 11.10. Version 3.61 works fine but after every reboot version 4.0 will block all internet traffic because something isn't running properly. If I disable and re-enable the firewall the rules work fine, until the next reboot.
