Dot formatter didn't show name of a failed test which made it hard to find a failed example.

The Travis failed with the following error against ruby-head: "cannot load such file -- test/unit (LoadError)". Don't believe it has anything to do with the code in PR |

Thanks! Unfortunately I didn't merge before I started in on Minitest 5 support, so I will have to merge this by hand after that's done. |
