Support Microsoft Word documents.

Similar to Powerpoint documents, we should definitely support the new form of the format, e.g. .docx, and the older version, .doc, if possible, although I fear this being much more difficult.

hi, how do you plann to implement this? do you plann to use an externall library, or pars the xml from the word document by opening it as a zip file? if its option 2, i have an implementation ready.

Hi, my planned approach was exactly like this, yes. Feel free to open a PR and I'll review it this weekend, my focus is on DAISY in my current local working tree but word is high up there too.
