`ConvertTo-Sixel` - Add `RawContentStream` Alias To `-Stream`

cts does support a url but sometimes we might have usage with a private API which requires cookies or the like in the web session.

good idea, i'll implement that and fix up the issue you had with stream as well.

already testing it locally but need to finish up some other stuff as well.
