Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy the app.
2. Select any theme.
3. Observe the app and Toggle-cli panel
4. No difference between app and Toggle-cli panel.

Actual Result

App Home and Toggle-cli panel is not having difference while viewing.

Expected Result

User should be able to differentiate between app home and Toggle-cli panel.
