feature request: create a randomly ordered playlist from all liked songs

would it be possible to add the following functionality:

given a playlist name

1. create the playlist if it doesnt exist, or if it does, delete everything from that playlist (dont delete playlist itself as it may have followers)
2. copy all songs from "liked songs" into that playlist
3. randify the playlist

i think spotify supports getting all tracks (https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/library/get-users-saved-tracks/)

would be an awesome feature as what i do now is copy songs into the playlist manually, but because spotify clients are bugged, you cant actually easily select all songs in the library so its a pain
