Feature Request: discord/web hook notification on requests

If we have the bot in multiple servers, would be nice to have a feature to send a discord notification to a webhook on all requests with username, show/movie, server or channel ID. Appreciate the consideration.

Just to add to this idea, if it's easier, would it be possible to dynamically add a tag with the discord request channel ID and/or user id to the arrs?
