Given the scarcity of a simple QR code scanner/generator app that can run completely offline, I will now (attempt to) present to you a tool to transfer/receive data between your (presumedly offline) chromebook and (not necessarily offline) smart phone without a need for both devices to be online. It's so crazy to think there're only strictly QR reader/generator offline apps that can't do both. This is also my first time writing a Chrome App so please report any bugs/issues to this github repo if you see any.
