New Enterprise plus query insights features

TL;DR

Hello team,

we have recently upgraded our MySQL Enterprise instance to Enterprise Plus,
the new version comes with couple of new interesting features that would be nice to be able to configure via TF:

• Enable Enterprise Plus features
• Server wait statistics

Hi @imrannayer, thanks for the answer.

I couldn't find a proper name matching between the features names in the GUI and the terraform naming.

On top, if I run gcloud with --help I cannot find anything for Enable Enterprise Plus features,
Server wait statistics and AI-assisted troubleshooting:
