Improvement: "working" indicator when creating a new task

Thanks for writing dash, I'm enjoying it a lot so far.

A suggestion: When creating a new task (with worktree) for a large repo it takes multiple seconds from hitting the "Create Task" button to the task appearing in the sidebar. Please add some indication that dash is working on creating the task.

I'm using dash 0.7.7
