Part one will be to put json data from Hn Api into the reactabular table.

Part two will be to add a tab to Part one with the 2nd tab being the standard hn reader found in redux-hacker-news.

Part three will be to add a favorite button to Part two.

All of these plans are currently tentative.

Changes will be reflected in this Readme.
