These ones are a bit tricky, as we don't have a PRNG capable of generating complex numbers. This comes up enough that we should go ahead and do this. And once done, we should update this PR accordingly. random/base/uniform doesn't generate complex; only reals. Complex numbers don't have a single infinity. They have many. Etc. Accordingly, we'd likely need to specify the limits of each component individually, etc.
