LGTM, but conflicts need to be resolved.

- Renamed directories `modules/flake-parts/landrun` to `modules/flake-parts/sandnix` and `modules/landrun` to `modules/sandnix`
- Renamed nix attributes `landrunApps` to `sandnixApps` and `landrunModules` to `sandnixModules`
- Renamed internal files `landrun.nix` and `landrunApps.nix` to `sandnix.nix` and `sandnixApps.nix`
- Updated `README.md` to reflect cross-platform support with `sandbox-exec` on macOS
- Updated examples and tests to depend on `sandnix` input
- Updated lib exported name `makeLandrun` to `makeSandnix`
- Re-locked examples and tests flake inputs to refer to the new `sandnix` input name
- Retained references to the `landrun` executable in the linux wrapper module as requested
