Fixes splitbrain#9

Fix API endpoint URLs

Setting it to 0 works for me.

It seems, "pageCount" is required since new version.

Update RemarkableAPI.php

The license was already mentioned in the composer.json. This makes it more official.

Update auth URL

This is a somewhat ugly workaround for the 'trash' folder problem
mentioned in splitbrain#18, but it works fine so far.

The one-time code generator is a moving target. Update it to what works
for now.

Fixes issue splitbrain#16. For now.
