Best drop-in alternative for STP75NS04Z (clamped MOSFET)

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for the best drop-in replacement for the STP75NS04Z, which is used in Speeduino builds. As you may know, this MOSFET is now obsolete / hard to source, and I’d prefer to avoid redesigning the board or changing the BOM if possible.

Ideally I’d like:

A pin-to-pin compatible part (TO-220)

With the internal clamping / Z-series feature (like the original)

Widely available from major distributors (Mouser, Digi-Key, etc.)

I’ve seen references to STP62NS04Z, STP70NS04ZC, and STP90NS04ZC, but most of them are also either discontinued or non-stocked.

So my question:
