llm cmd was working before I updated it, now it's not (fish shell, ghostty mac os)

I've seen this a couple times and resolving has required running llm install llm-cmd again.

This means I've now resorted to running that after all of my brew update && brew upgrade invocations, so those are now: brew update && brew upgrade ; llm install llm-cmd.

I actually came to this repo specifically looking to see if there were any issues or PRs about this problem and the need to manually run llm install llm-cmd again. FWIW my assumption/guess about root cause is llm being upgraded but not having capability of reinstalling llm-cmd when that happens.
