[Improvement] Forwards compatibility of XSDs #175
Description
Currently the XSDs do not allow unknown attributes or unknown elements. This prevents us from adding new attributes or elements in a non-breaking way.
I propose we add xs:any and xs:anyAttribute in the XSDs where applicable to become forward compatible.
