With this small set of files you can start using SeqCentral AlignSeq in minutes.

• Download AlignSeq and OAuthSimple libraries
  • git clone --recursive git://github.com/seqcentral/alignseq.git
• Update alignseq.conf with OAuth consumer key and consumer secret
  • Copy values from here: www.seqcentral.com/account
• Run examples in php/examples or python/examples
  • php php/examples/list_jobs_.php
  • python python/examples/list_jobs_.py
