Add menu options to recompile scripts for lua and LSL on lua VM to the lua project viewer

What does this feature/enhancement do? Why is it needed?
Right now the Build -> Scripts menu has an option to recompile all scripts in selected objects targeting LSO2 or Mono. It would make sense to also add the two new compile targets as options as well.

Test Plan

Include information, such as guidance and test scenarios, QA will need to test this feature.

• Verify the new menu options recompile all scripts in the selected objects targeting the selected VM
• Verify the old menu options continue to work as expected.
