[Loki] Remove use of `loki.live`, use production workflows

Currently we are still using the "Larmor" workflow was a base of the Loki workflows. This should be changed to use the production workflows. This is probably blocked by solving backend file access (aside from our pooch solution), or using a workflow version that works without extra files. In fact, we probably need both options: Especially during commissioning no files for direct-beam, transmission runs, or background runs will be available, so we need a version of the workflow that work just directly from the stream (using transmission from the current run).

Part of this work is to also fully remove the ess.loki.live submodule and any related code.
