Bug: Regions are not navigated to when clicked

Single-clicking a region in the CodeNav window doesn't jump to the region's declaration in code as it does for other node types.

I believe the proper behavior should be like other nodes, where a single click jumps to the declaration and a double click toggles the collapsed/expanded state. The double click does work properly, but not the single click.
