This is a fitness app created to add your diet intake, water intake, count number of steps walked in a day, calculate calories burned doing some particular activities and much more. Below are some of the glimpses of the app:
You can add your daily diet using the 'add' icon.
You can add your daily water intake.
You can calculate the calories you need to take daily to reach your goal weight.
You can calculate your BMR(Basal metabolic rate) and TEE(Total energy expenditure)
You can calculate your workout volume.
You can calculate the calories burned when you did a particular activity.
There is a navigation window at the left and can be found by sliding to the right of screen.
You can also read various fitness and health related facts. Some might surprise you!
