 bower : npm install bower-installer

 npm install
 npm install -g grunt-cli
 bower install
 grunt css

to run nodejs mongod.exe --dbpath C:\Private\advertise\mongodb\data *dbpath is the path of your node server to the data folder

go to localhost:1337/index
