1. More advanced database wrapper, where different DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) can be easily added
or use ORM / framework
2. Re-design check() method in Decision class, to support external rules loading
3. Add more checks for input parameters (SQL-injection protection, etc.)
