Describe the bug

Duplicate creation during intensive and successive clicks

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Start the web app

1. Go to room, preset, labels, Organisation and Branding,BigBlueButton rooms settings,Administration
2. Click on the button with intense ans successive clicks

Expected behavior

The notification should be displayed only once

@marwa-benhassine I don't think if we have 1 notification per 1 action is problematic. Maybe it the user experience which is annoying?
