It occurs when an ORCID user with an hidden email try to sign up on SONAR. * Fixes the addtional information form as `invenio-oauthclient` does not have a `form_errors` marco anymore. Co-Authored-by: Johnny Mariéthoz <Johnny.Mariethoz@rero.ch>
