In order to find which `Plugin` is currently used in the controller. It also adds a `current_plugin_title` helper method to display it on admin layout

Hi @lanzhiheng! I've updated the PR with the latest changes i have locally. I don't have time for now to update this feature, feel to fork this branch and continue the work, it will be a pleasure for me to merge it :) |

This is a Work in Progress of the new admin UI.
It's based on the excellent work of @sjoulbak team at Nerds & Company (https://github.com/nerds-and-company).
It's mainly a refactor of the current CSS.
It's not yet ready to be merged.
Feel free to test it and contribute.
