[BUG] Over 3k items wont let me remove them and put into inventory or craft

Describe the bug

so the friends got a minecraft server together for ATM10, and we finally got to 200m Storage disks, but before that, the system broke, some items refuse to let us remove it or craft with it despite having 3000 more items just sitting there not able to craft with or use

Screenshot attached it only let me take out a Stack+24 despite over 3k in there.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

1. Load up AllTheMods10, and have a ton of items (2,048,000 is when it started to happen to us)
2. try to take all the items out

Well my storage has a few billion items and everything works fine, I'm not sure if that is a plausible bug reproduction. Then again I'm on singleplayer.

Please do the effort of determining the reproduction steps. Put yourself in my shoes, I have no idea where to start here.
