Fluid extraction error #3732

Describe the bug
Fluid storage without a barrel recipe will cause the extracted fluid to disappear instead of being unable to extract
How can we reproduce this bug or crash?
1.Crafting a Night Vision Potion using Create
2.Store Night Vision Potions in Fluid Storage Tanks
3.Import into RS fluid storage
4.Carry the iron barrel to extract it at the fluid terminal
