Add segue extension

Description

Raycast extension to control Segue, a macOS focus app that creates a beautiful overlay behind your focused window to help you concentrate.

Commands:

Toggle/Enable/Disable Segue overlay
Switch between Deep Mode (full coverage) and Ambient Mode (subtle gradient)
Switch between Static and Dynamic shader effects
Set blur intensity (Low 20% / Medium 50% / High 80%)
Exclude/Include current app from overlay
Open Segue settings
Uses URL schemes (segue://) to communicate with the app — requires Segue to be installed.
