Hi, thanks for making the useful z80 test code.

I have modified it to run on various MSX computers. But I had to modify the original code to do so.

Unfortunately I have no knowledge of 48K Spectrum.

I split the code as much as possible without breaking the original code, and I confirmed that each of them can be assembled with sjasm 0.42c for Windows after splitting.

However, since I do not have an actual device and do not know what “mktap” and “.tap” are, I have not yet confirmed whether I can make them with Makefile or not.

I will leave it to you to decide whether or not to accept this pull request. Thanks.

- io_compatible definition is now required.
- split z80*.asm to common_z80*.asm and common_pre_48k_spectrum.asm/common_post_48k_spectrum.asm.
- show the count of tests even when all tests are passed.
