Adds 26.02 data to the "Platform Support" page, with the following changes from 25.12:
3.1.0 -> 3.2.0(Update to CCCL 3.2 build-planning#237)5.0.0.6 -> 5.1.0.21(Upgrade to nvCOMP 5.1.0.21 rapids-cmake#946)13.0 -> 13.0-13.1(Update RAPIDS from CUDA 13.0 to 13.1 build-planning#236)And made the appropriate changes on the install selector.
