Please modify properties->All Configurations->Debugging and properties->Configuration properties->VC++ Directories properties->Configuration properties->Linkers->input to adapt your system.
If you use opencv2.4.9 for vs2017, you may need add msvcp120.dll and msvcr120d.dll to your systems as the opencv apply \build\x64\vc12
Note: the dlls in c:\windows\system32 are for 64-bit dlls and c:\windows\syswow64 are for 32-bit dlls.
