This PR improves
KeyPointsdocumentation by adding a tutorial on how to use this data structure shipped with TorchVision 0.23 release. It is relatively similar to the Transforms on Rotated Bounding Boxes tutorial for rotated bounding boxes.As illustrated below, the tutorial illustrate how to create
KeyPointsinstances, apply transforms to those, and plot the result.For this tutorial, we use this picture from a ceramic figures from the pre-columbian period. The image is specified "public domain".
