Compiling 'transpose.cl' error COMPILE_PROGRAM_FAILURE (-15)

My build of PRPLL, using autoprimenet.py for work assignments, is failing to compile 'transpose.cl' and for the life of me I cannot find the problem, and google's suggestion to add "-cl-kernel-arg-info" flag doesn't change the build results...
