Support forum unmaintained or broken

Hi,

I've noticed the support forum, which appears to be the preferred method for reporting problems, is unmoderated, full of spam, and new discussions aren't appearing. Actually showing within my account as a comment despite being an actual discussion topic in the forums.

I didn't see any other way to report the issues, so I thought I'd post here.

EDIT: I see the status of the project is sort of abandoned from another issue here #140 (comment) I'll leave this issue in case it is still actionable but understand.
