Due to ef94805096 'Restore the portal-level snapshot after procedure COMMIT/ROLLBACK.' there should be ActiveSnapshot set. Otherwise EnsurePortalSnapshotExists will assert on ActivePortal->portalSnapshot == NULL since current portal has snapshot in outer transaction. Tags: multimaster
